GOP-Romney: Romney said. “And I listened to him speak and said whether you agree or disagree with him, this is a man of wisdom and judgment, and he could have been president of the United States. That’s the kind of person I’d like to have — a person of wisdom and judgment.” The man is talking about Richard Cheney! Who knew Romney is that desperate!

Michele Bachmann, mother of 6 children said about social security: “It’s a tremendous fraud,” Bachmann told Fox Business host David Asman after he called the program “one of the biggest frauds ever perpetrated on the American public.” Bear in mind that the Bachmann house hold has enough money to live very well on so it is easy for her to say it…like Perry!

GOP-Rick Snyder, governor of the great state of Michigan upped the ante in the quiet competition between Michigan and Wisconsin as to who can be the most extreme in support of big business by eliminating or hurting middle income and African American workers. Either that or Michigan Republican conservatives hate welfare recipients. Although, in fairness, Snyder actually amended a bill originally passed in 2007 by then Democratic governor Jennifer Granholm. However, as a way of understanding just how different the thinking is between a Democrat trying to wrestle with a budget and a conservative Republican trying to make a political statement, Granholm exempted recipients for understandable reasons such recipients whose caseworkers said they were making progress toward finding employment.
