Sarah Palin – Speaking at a tribute to military veterans in Colorado about the Bin Laden mission, Sarah Palin referred to President Obama as “the president.” She did however, refer to Bush by name, saying: “We thank President Bush for having made the right calls to set up this victory,” Typical of just how uninformed she is, she seems to have forgotten that when asked about going after Osama during his presidency, Bush once implied that Osama was not important enough to go after. In addition, this killer of moose would also go on to say: “We can’t fight every war, We can’t undo every injustice in the world. We don’t go looking for dragons to slay.” Of course she is reversing her previous position when she embraced aggressive use of force when calling out Obama as having a weak foreign policy. But the really great remark Sarah had to offer in a tweet was that the photos should be released as a “warning to others seeking America’s destruction,” adding “No pussyfooting around.” Wait…”No pussyfooting around?????”

Rep. Allen West (R-Fla.) – who is the 800lb African American in the Republican Party, agreed with Sen. Lindsey Graham’s (R-SC) remarks to POLITICO, that it was a mistake for Obama not to make the photos of bin Laden public. He attacked Obama on confronting terrorism, the United States by saying Obama tries to deal with al-Qaeda as though they think like we do, instead of thinking like them. Is he saying we should blow up something?

Rep. Steve King (R-Iowa) also said he was dismayed with the president’s decision. Releasing photos would “quell the rumors that are bound to spread globally.” Does he know how easy it is to photo-shop these days? If you release the pictures, how many do you think will be quick to say they are not bin Laden?

Rep. Duncan Hunter, (R-Ca), said on CBS’s “The Early Show” that the pictures would help bring “closure” for the families of 9/11 victims. Yet; when interviewed, many 9/11 families said the announcement was enough to bring closure. Then again, Duncan is in California and the interviews were 3000 miles away…

Get this, Republicans Sen. Scott Brown, (Ma), Sen. Saxby Chambliss (Ga), Sen. Kelly Ayotte, (NH), all stated emphatically that they had seen the photos of bin Laden. What they saw was the photos that appeared on the internet of people killed during entry into the compound. These are United States Senators with a foot in their mouth.
